Boady Sanden hasn't been in a courtroom for years, but when his friend Ben calls and asks him to represent him, Boady believes his friend is innocent and agrees to provide his defense. Will Boady be haunted by his past experience in the courtroom, or will he get the acquittal he believes Ben is due?
As a reader, you are able to see the story from both alternating perspectives of Boady and Max. Believe me when I say, you won't see the ending coming until you turn the last page. The Heavens May Fall is a very suspenseful read and I enjoyed it very much. This book should definitely be your next read. I also think it would make a good book club discussion book.
